Refund Policy

Cardboard Madness will happily give the customer a refund provided that the following conditions are met:

  • The returned item is still in its original and saleable condition and packaging
  • There must be a receipt or proof of purchase
  • Any return postage and initial postage will be covered by the customer
  • The return or refund request is within 14 days of the product being dispatched from our warehouse for completed orders
All returned items will be inspected to meet the above terms and require approval by Cardboard Madness before a refund can be initiated. 

Any returns found to have been opened, used or damaged will not be eligible for a refund, and will be held until the customer pays the shipping fee to have the item returned.
If return shipping fees are not paid by the customer within 30 days of being received by Cardboard Madness, the product will be considered abandoned.

Cardboard Madness recommends shipping with a tracking number and/or with shipping insurance.
Cardboard Madness does not guarantee that the returned item will be received in the condition that customer originally send it in, or at all.
As soon as the item is received, the refund can be initiated to the payment details used to make the initial order. 

Refund Payment
Any refunds will be processed via the original form of payment. 
Please note that your financial institution may need an extra 3 - 5 business days to clear the funds back into your account. 

Afterpay Cancellations
There will be a 6% fee for cancellations or returns for orders paid with Afterpay.
