Shipping Policy

In order to get your item(s) to you as soon as we can, Cardboard Madness strives to process all orders as quickly as possible.

Orders made before 5 pm will be shipped from our warehouse the next business day.

We use Australia Post as our trusted mailing partner and only use Express shipping.

Express Shipping should usually be 1 - 2 business days, but on occasion can be delayed.

All orders will be supplied with a tracking number to help you keep track of your delivery.

Cardboard Madness provides flat rate shipping* for express services for standard size parcels Australia Wide.

*If your package weight exceeds 5 Kg, then you will be charged a flat oversize rate.

Cardboard Madness does not provide international shipping at this time.
